Our Rental Procedures
- 1. Review the rental requirements to understand the necessary qualifications.
- 2. Make sure the rental application (online application available) is completely fill out, signed, and dated.
- 3. Make sure to include all documents (income, social security card, driver's license, etc.) before submitting.
- 4. Return all documents to Sky Group:
- Submit application online
- Fax to: 214-247-0822
- Scan and email to: info@skygrouptexas.com
- Mail to: 2727 LBJ Freeway Ste 135, Dallas, TX 75234
- Bring with you to your appointment
- 5. Make sure to include the application fee of $35 per applicant when submitting the application.
