Rental Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Complete, signed, dated application.
- No felonies within in the last five years.
- Copy of a valid Driver’s License, State Identification Card, or Passport.
- Copy of a Social Security Card.
- At least one-year good current rental history that can be verified, excluding a family member.
- At least 1 year of employment that can be verified.
- Rent that does not exceed 30% of your gross monthly (combined) income. If you are self-employed we will need your latest tax returns as well as two months worth of bank statements.
- Copies of your last two pay stubs.
- Credit, criminal, and eviction background checks.
- Application fee of $40.00 per applicant, non-refundable.
- Security deposit and 1st month rent must be payable in the form of a money order or cashier’s check, no exceptions.
