Sky Group is excited that you are choosing to complete an application for one of our rental properties. Our company strives to provide excellent management services to prospective tenants looking for a rental property. Please consider the following procedures to get your application processed.

Our Rental Procedures 

1. Review the Rental Requirements to understand the necessary qualifications.

2. Make sure the Information About Brokerage Services, Application Checklist and the Rental Application is completely fill out, signed, and dated.

3. Make sure to included all documents (income, social security card, driver's license, etc.) before submitting.

4. Return all documents to Sky Group:

  • Mail to: 2727 LBJ Freeway Ste 208, Dallas, TX 75234
  • Bring with you to your appointment
5. Make sure to include the application fee of $35 per applicant when submitting the application. The application fee can only be paid by a cashier's check or money order, cash will not be accepted.
