If you prefer to handle the day-to-day management of your property yourself but you do not have the time or availability to market and show vacancies on a moment's notice, nor the expertise in choosing a new tenant, this is the right program for you. Sky Group will handle any or all of the following:
Rental Analysis - Deciding what to rent your property for
Vacancies - Show vacant unit(s) to prospective tenants
Property Advertising - Extensively marketing/advertising vacancies
Tenant Screening - Income, credit, residential, criminal, employment
Collaboration - Review complete application with you in detail
Lease Agreement - Negotiate and execute rental/lease agreement
Rent Collection - Collect first month rent and security deposit(s)
Tenant Move-In - Conduct move-in inspection of the property
Completion - Turn over monies and documentation to you, minus our commission
